Abstract: Based on the National Food Safety Standard Determination of Tetracyclines,Sulfonamides and Quinolones Residues in Animal Derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GB 31658.17—2021),a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method suitable for quinolone drug residues inanimal foods is conducted,and systematic methodological validation iscarried out.The results showthat there is a good linear relationship between the target drugs in the concentration range of to 40ng⋅mL-1 (the correlation coefficient is greater than O.99), the recovery rate of spiked drugs is between 69.9% and 106.6% ,the relative standard deviation is less than 15% ,the quantification limit meet the requirement of 10μg⋅kg-1 .This indicates that the method has good accuracyand reliability,and can be efectivelyapplied to the daily detection of quinolone drug residues in animal foods.
