液相色谱-串联质谱法检测畜禽产品中氟喹诺酮类药物残留量的方法优化研究

Abstract: This study established a detection method based on Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the analysis of fluoroquinolone residues in livestock and poultry products.Based onNational Food SafetyStandard DeterminationofTetracyclines,Sulfonamidesand QuinolonesResidues in Animal Derived Foods byLiquid Chromatography-TandemMassSpectrometry (GB31658.17—2021),byoptimizing the pretreatment process ( 0.5% formic acid-acetonitrile was primarily used for extraction, followed by n-hexane degreasing and purification),the method wasvalidated in terms of linear range,spiked recovery,and precision.The validation results were as follows: the linear range of danofloxacin and norfloxacin in chicken and pork matrices was 2ng⋅mL-1 to 500ng⋅mL-1 (R2>0.99) ), the limit of quantification could reach to 10μg⋅kg-1 ,the spiked recovery rate was 73.6% (204号 to 99.4% ,and the relative standard deviation wasless than 15% .The data indicate that the optimized method meets the experimental requirements.
