我国食品安全标准体系建设现状、问题与对策研究
Abstract: Food safety standards are important bases for ensuring public food safety and regulating the development of the food industry.This paper briefly analyzes thecurrnt situation of the food safety standard systemconstruction in China,dissects the existing problems in the current standard system construction,suchas the insufficient scientificityand timelinessofstandard formulation,the“lastmile”problem in standard implementation and supervision,andthe need to improve the degreeofinternationalalignment,and proposes countermeasures suchas establishing a scientific and effcient mechanism forstandard formulationand update,breaking through the“last mile" of standard implementationandsupervision,and promoting internationalcollaboration, withtheaimof enhancing the governance level of food safety in our country.
