Abstract： This paper analyzes the core issues existing in the current food heavy metal detection process， including technical selection deviations，sample management defects，and equipment maintenance loopholes.It proposes measures to optimize the adaptation of detection technology，improve laboratory management system，and strengthen the capacity building of detection personnel， aiming to provide solutions for improving the accuracy of detection data and offer a theoretical basis for perfecting the food safety supervision system.
