Abstract： This paper systematically expounds the specific applications of high performance liquid chromatography in the detection of typical food toxins，including aflatoxins and bongkrekic acid.It also puts forward quality control strategies for keysteps in the detection process，such as sample pretreatment，optimization of instrument parameters， mobile phase management，and data analysis.The aim is to provide theoreticalreferences for improving the accuracy and efficiency of food toxin detection.
