食用农产品安全监管中存在的问题与解决对策探讨
Abstract: From the perspective of the whole chain including production, transportation,and market circulation, this paper analyzes the key problems existing in thecurrent safety supervision of edible agricultural products. Aiming at these problems,countermeasures such as strengthening full-processsupervision, improving the regulatory system, and enhancing consumer participation areproposed, withthe aim of providing theoretical references for constructing a modern food safety governance system.
