Abstract: Internal audits,as the core link in the operation of the laboratory quality management system, play a crucial supporting role in ensuring food safety and the testingqualityof food microbiology laboratories.Based on the characteristics offood microbiology laboratories,this article deeply analyzes thecommon problems in internal audit work,and proposes internal audit optimization strategies from aspects such as preparation before audit, execution during audit,and tracking after audit,aiming to provide references for fod microbiology laboratories to enhance the effectiveness of internal audit and ensure the quality of food testing work.
