Abstract: This paper systematically expounds the basic principles and applicable scenarios of current mainstram detection techniques for sugar content in food.Based on industry practices,it summarizes the core challenges intheapplicationofthese detection techniques,suchas insuficientaccuracy,imbalancebetweencostand benefit,and shortageof professionals.In viewof these issues,targeted strategies are proposed to enhance detection efciency,providing theoretical referencesand practical directions for accurate sugar content detection in the food industry.
