Abstract: With the continuous improvement of living standards and the increasing diversification of food consumption structure,consumers’ attention to food safety and standard requirements areconstantly improving. This paper deeply analyzes deeply analyzes the problems existing in food processing links,and puts forward measures to strengthen the quality control of food processng links,soas to provides theoretical guidance and practical path for food enterprises to improve the safety management level.
