AbstractTo explore the value implications,practical chalenges,andoptimizationpaths ofvocational enlightenment education has important theoretical value and practical significance. Vocational enlightenment educationnot only helps promote personalized development of students and enhance social recognition of vocational education,but also provides talent support for economic development. Currently, vocational enlightenment education is facing practical challenges such as insufficient social recognition,uneven resource supply,and cultural bias affecting educational decision-making.The research suggests starting from strengthening institutional construction and top-level design, enriching thesupplyofvocational enlightenmentresoures,creating avocationaleducationatmosphere thatattracts the atention ofthe whole society,and establishing a scientific evaluation and feedback mechanism to promote the highquality development of vocational education.
