AbstractAgaist the backdrop of continuous reform in the education system,core competencies have become an important engine for deepening educational reform. Mathematics,as a fundamental course in higher vocational education,hasthefunctionsof training logical thinkingandcultivating scientificspirit.However,most vocational mathematics classrooms still have the basic characteristics of "teacher centerednessand performance orientation", which makes it difficult to respond to the educational goals of "fostering virtue through education" and "ability oriented"under the backgroundofcorecompetencies.Thearticle systematicalysortsout thecore problems faced in current vocational mathematics teaching,and proposes targeted teaching reform paths,inorder to forman intemal linkagebetweeneducationalconcepts,teaching methods,andcurriculum practice,and promote thedeep transformation of vocational mathematics education.
