Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Higher Vocational Professional Talents under the School-Enterprise "Dual-Element" Education Model

AbstractThe "dual" education model between schools and enterprises is to builda bridge betweenschools and enterprises，theoryand practice，which isconducive toalleviating thecurrntrealityof theseparation between education and industry.Itisnot onlya key means to improve thequalityof students'employment，but alsoa necessary need to enhance the ability of vocational education to serve economic and social development.Therefore，starting from the connotation and necesityof the "dual" educationbetween schools and enterprises，this article analyzes the current situationofthe "dual"education betweenschools and enterprises inhigher vocational education，and explores targeted mechanismstrategies onthisbasis， inorder toprovidereference foroptimizing the mechanismofcultivating profesional talents in higher vocational education and improving the quality of vocational education.
