Exploration of Health Vocational Colleges Relying on Majors to Carry out Science Popularization Education

AbstractWith thedeepening implementationoftheHealthyChina strategy,theroleofscience popularizationeducation in improving public health literacy has become increasingly prominent. Higher vocationalcoleges specializing in health andmedicine,askeyinstitutionsforcultivatinghealthcareprofessionals,possessboth theadvantagesand theresponsibility to conduct science popularization education.This paper takes the practical experience of Sichuan Nursing Vocational Colege in science popularization education as an example,analyzing and summarizing its approaches in resource integration,facultydevelopment,andmodelinnovation.Furthermore,itproposesstrategies forenancingthequality of science popularization education in health-oriented vocational coleges from five dimensions: conceptualization, stakeholders, development, methodology,and technology.
