Research on College Students' Career Cognition Deviations and Educational Interventions against the Background of the Rise of New Occupations

AbstractWiththerapid developmentofnewprofessions infieldssuchasdigitaleconomyandartificial intellgence,the demand structureofthelabor market has undergone profoundchanges.As the main group inthejob market,collge students havesignificantdeviationsintheircareercognitionandnewcareerdevelopment,whichaffectstheadaptabilitybetweentalent supplyand industry demand.The study identifies four typical types ofcognitive biases: cognitive deficiency,stereotypes, value bias,andskillmismatch.Itanalyzesmultidimensioal infuencingfactorsschasindividuals,educationalenviroents, families,andsocietyandproposesstrategiestooptimizetheighereducationsystem,provideprecisecareergdae,and strengthen multi-party collaborative interventions.Research has confirmed that systematic educational intervention can effctively improve collge students'vocationalcognition,providing theoretical basis and practical path forthereformof talent cultivation mode and the reserve of new vocational talents in universities.
