AbstractByexploring the guiding role of the spiritofeducators in theconstructionof teachers teams in the new era， this paper clarifies the development direction ofbuilding a new-era teachers team under the guidance of the spirit of educators.It further puts forward practical paths for forging such a teachers team withthe spirit of educators asthe guide，includingadhering tothepoliticalorientation，consolidatingthefoundationofeducation，constructingateacher educationsystem with Chinese characteristics，andcontinuouslyoptimizing the teacher management mechanism based on problem-oriented thinking. The research is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of faculty teams in colleges and universities in the new era.
