Research on Improving the Quality of Psychological Health Education for College Students from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence

AbstractAsthe future pillars of thecountry,the mental health status ofcollge students is directlyrelated to the longtermdevelopmentofthecountryandtheharmonyandstabilityofsociety.Inrecentyears,with theacelerationofsocial transformation and the deepening of education reform,the academic pressre,employment pressure,and interpersonal relationship pressure ofcollge students have been increasing,and mental health problemshave shown a trendoffrequent occurrence.Based on this,the article starts from the connotation and characteristics of mental health education, deeply analyzes the current situation and causes of mental health among college students,and proposes to use artificial intellgence technologyto strengthenthe monitoring ofmentalhealthdata,optimizethe formof psychologicalcounseling education withdigital functions,and adopt scientific evaluation to improve thequalityand efectivenessofpsychological intervention,inorder to provide reference forthe reform of mental health education incolleges and universities.
