Exploration on the Construction Path of Peer Psychological Counseling System in "One-Stop" Student Community of Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractWith the expansion of vocational education scale and the deepening of talent cultivation mode，vocational college students are facing multiple psychological troublessuch asskilleaming pressure andcareer development anxiety. Theemphasis onstudents'mentalhealth invocationalcollgescontinues toincrease.Inthiscontext，the"one-stop"student community peer psychological counseling system has become an important inovative direction for psychological education in vocationalcolleges duetoitswidecoverageandstrongaffnity.However，inthecurrentprocess ofpromoting peer psychological counseling in vocational colleges， there are generally practical difficulties such as insuficient professionalcompetence of mutual aid workers，lagging information transmissonandcommunication，andcounseling content and methods that donot match thepsychological characteristics of vocational colege students.Basedon the characteristicsofvocational education and students'psychological needs，this article proposes a path for theconstruction of peer psychologicalcounseling system，in orderto provide practicalreference for improving the qualityand efficiency of mental health services in vocational colleges.
