Research on Project-based Teaching of College Students' Mental Health Education Guided by Application Ability Cultivation

AbstractThe article focuses onthe research of project-based teaching forcolege students'mental health education guided by thecultivationofapplicationabilities.Firstly，itelaborates ontheimportantsignificanceofcarying outsuch project-based teaching，including improving students'mental health literacy，enhancing their practical application abilities，and promoting the reformof mental health educationand teaching;Secondly，itclarifies the three principles that project-based teachingshould follow：goal orientation，studentcenteredness，andthecombinationoftheoryand practice;Finallyspecifictachingstraegiesereproposed，involingprojectdesign，implementation，andation aiming to provideusefulreferences for enhancing theeffctiveness ofmental health education forcolege students and cultivating high-quality talents.
