Research on Project-based Teaching of College Students' Mental Health Education Guided by Application Ability Cultivation

AbstractThe article focuses onthe research of project-based teaching forcolege students'mental health education guided by thecultivationofapplicationabilities.Firstly,itelaborates ontheimportantsignificanceofcarying outsuch project-based teaching,including improving students'mental health literacy,enhancing their practical application abilities,and promoting the reformof mental health educationand teaching;Secondly,itclarifies the three principles that project-based teachingshould follow:goal orientation,studentcenteredness,andthecombinationoftheoryand practice;Finallyspecifictachingstraegiesereproposed,involingprojectdesign,implementation,andation aiming to provideusefulreferences for enhancing theeffctiveness ofmental health education forcolege students and cultivating high-quality talents.
