AbstractIn the context of economic globalization and cultural diversity,society urgently needs English talents with cross-cultural communication skils.Based on this,thedesignofEnglish courses in universities should be studentcenteredandfocus oncros-culturalcommunication.Intermsofphilosophy,itshouldshiftfrom "culturalknowledge overlay"to"cultural thinkingconstruction";In implementation,reconstructfrom"one-way input" to"two-wayoutput"; In terms of evaluation,ithasbeen upgraded from "language skilloriented" to "communicative competence oriented". Atthe same time,the article takes the"Living Green"course as an example to practice from clarifying goals,designing content, carrying out activities,and evaluating the course,aiming to cultivate "global communicators".
