AbstractWith therapid development ofthe transportation civil engineering field,the servicesafetyof infrastructure has become an importantresearch direction andafocus of talentcultivation inthis field.Inresponsetothecontradiction betweenthe traditional single discipline training modeland industrydemand,thisarticle aims to cultivate high-quality safetyengineering professionals inthefieldoftransportationandcivilengineering.Itproposes tobuildafivedimensional collaborativeinovationtraining modelof"disciplineresources,mentor raining,teamstyle training,scientificesearch platformsupport,andindustryscientificresearch practice",andsystematicallydesignsand practicesitfromtheaspects of interdisciplinary integration,currculum system otimization,resource sharing mechanism, team collaboration ability,and practical inovation ability.Through multi-dimensional colaborative training,academicand industry resource havebeeneffctively integrated, promoting the deep integrationof theoryand practice.Students'professional competence and ability to solve complex engineering problems have also been further improved.
