AbstractInthe ideologicaland political educationsystemofuniversities,ideologicaland politicalcourseteachersand full-timecounselors,as the twocore forces responsible foreducating students,shoulder the important task of guiding students'thoughtsand regulating theirbehavior.The eficient connection andcolaborative interaction between the two have becomeakeylink in promotingthedeepening reformofideologicaland politicaleducationandimproving the quality oftalentcultivation.Atthesame time,ithasalsoopenedupnew directions forthe careerdevelopmentpath ofideological and politicalcourse teachers andtheprofessionalizationconstructionofcounselors.Toaddress thechallenges faced by ideologicalandpoliticaleducationteachersandcounselors incollaborativeeducation inuniversities,thearticleproposes thatuniversities should strengthen unifiedcoordination and improveoverallfamework design; Utilize theadvantages of resource integration to promote mutual progressbetween both parties incooperation; Improve theinstitutional guarantee system and promote the sustainable development of collaborative mechanisms.
