Exploration of Management Work for Internship of Vocational College Students in the Digital Era

AbstractFaced with thepersonalized growth needs ofstudentsand the requirements ofemployers for intemshipquality， the management ofon-the-job internships in vocational coleges urgently needs toshift from extensive management to refined operation. Athe same time，higherrequirements are put forwardfordynamic management，data analysis，personnel literacy，andtheraspectsoftheinteshpprocssTearticleaalyesfrommutipledmesiossuchastheostuction ofaschoolenterprise integrationplatform，theconstructionofanintellgentsupervisionsystem，andthe transformationof internship guidance teams，inresponse to the keypain points inthe current intermship management process，suchas poor dataconnectionbetweenshoolsandenterprses，lackofintelligentsupevisionsytem，ndinsuffcientdigitalliacyof management personnel. It further explores a path for internship management based on technological empowerment and govemanceinnovation，inordertoachievepreciseallocationofinternshipresources，finecontroloftheeducationprocess， and continuous improvement of education quality.
