Research on the Cultivation Strategies of Chinese Language and Cultural Literacy for Civil Aviation University Students

AbstractInthecontextoftheinternationalizationofthecivilaviationindustrythelanguage andculturalliteracyof civil aviationprofessionals hasbecome an important component oftheir professional abilities.The article is basedon the specific needs of language and cultural abilities in civil aviation positions，and proposes three strategies for curiculum optimization， teaching implementation，and support guaranteeto addressthe shortcomings ofthe existing training system.Through modular curiculum design，interdisciplinary integration，and school enterprise cooperation， the article aims to achieve a deep connection between language and cultural education and the needs ofcivil aviation majors，and to solve the problem of thedisconnect between languageandcultural education and vocational abilities in civilaviationtalentcultivation，providing theoreticaland practicalreferences forimproving thecomprehensiveliteracy of civil aviation university students.
