Research on Teaching Optimization of Career Development and Employment Guidance Courses in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

AbstractThe article delves into the application of positive psychology in vocational development and employment guidance courses in vocational education undergraduate institutions. Research has found that the currnt curriculum has problems such as insufficient vocational awarenessamong teaching objects,low adaptability of teaching content to majors,lack ofvocational targetinginteaching evaluation, weak industryrelevanceofteaching teams,andlack ofpractical driving in teaching methods.Tothis end,thearticle proposes optimization strategies based onthe concept of positive psychology, including precise teaching objects,valuable teaching evaluation, diversified teaching methods,and collborative teaching teams,inorder tocutivate students'positive professional atitudesandlayasolid psychological foundation for their future careers.
