The Construction and Practice of the Professional Curriculum System of Child Care under the Integration of Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate

AbstractThe article focuses onthecore issues in the construction of infant and toddler care services and management majors,suchasstructuraldeviationsbetweenthecuiculumsystemandindustrydemands,andincompletecolaborative education mechanismsbetweenpost,curiculum,competition,andcertification.Basedonthecomprehensive education concept of"post,curiculum,competition,andcertification",anoptimizationplanforthecurriculumsystem is proposed.By constructing a currculum development path of "vocational ability matrix analysis - curriculum module restructuring - diversifiedevaluationsystemconstruction",a professional currculumsystemof "jobdemandorientation, integrationof competitionandcertificationstandards,andfour-dimensional integrateddevelopment"isformed.Thestudyexplorespractical approaches from three dimensions:systematic curiculum architecture design,project-based teaching implementation strategies,andcollaborativesupportmechanismsbetweenschoolsandenterprises.Itfocuses onpromoting theintegrationof vocational standards and curriculum standards,the transformation of competition projects and teaching projects,and the integrationofcertifcateasessmentandcuiculumevaluation,providing theoreticalsupportand practicalparadigms forthe reform of talentcultivation modelsin the new era ofchildcare.
