The Construction and Practice of the Professional Curriculum System of Child Care under the Integration of Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate

AbstractThe article focuses onthecore issues in the construction of infant and toddler care services and management majors，suchasstructuraldeviationsbetweenthecuiculumsystemandindustrydemands，andincompletecolaborative education mechanismsbetweenpost，curiculum，competition，andcertification.Basedonthecomprehensive education concept of"post，curiculum，competition，andcertification"，anoptimizationplanforthecurriculumsystem is proposed.By constructing a currculum development path of "vocational ability matrix analysis - curriculum module restructuring - diversifiedevaluationsystemconstruction"，a professional currculumsystemof "jobdemandorientation， integrationof competitionandcertificationstandards，andfour-dimensional integrateddevelopment"isformed.Thestudyexplorespractical approaches from three dimensions：systematic curiculum architecture design，project-based teaching implementation strategies，andcollaborativesupportmechanismsbetweenschoolsandenterprises.Itfocuses onpromoting theintegrationof vocational standards and curriculum standards，the transformation of competition projects and teaching projects，and the integrationofcertifcateasessmentandcuiculumevaluation，providing theoreticalsupportand practicalparadigms forthe reform of talentcultivation modelsin the new era ofchildcare.
