Abstract: Thesugarrefining processdischarges large amounts of wastewater,resultingin the generationofsludge withhigh moisturecontentattheendof he wastewater treatmentstage.Thedewateringeficiencyof thishigh-moisturesludgedirectly impacts thetreatmentloadandoperationalcosts.Focusingonthegoalof efcientsludge dewatering,thetechnologies such as flocculationconditioning,structuraloptimizationofdewateringquipment,andonline monitoringofmosturecontentarefocused, the technologycombinationpathsuitableforthesudge treatment processinsugarfactories isconstructed,andacasestudyis selectedtocarryoutrenovation,theefectofmodifiedflocculantaddition,theoperating performanceofscrewtypeequipment, and thefedback adjustmentabilityof monitoring devices,etc.,arequantitativelyanalyzed,soastoverifytheenginering adaptabilityof the proposed technical path in controllng the moisture contentof mud cakesand reducing operating costs.
