铑粉高效溶解制备三氯化铑的研究

Abstract: Ruthenium chloride (RhC) 13 )is an important precursor compound for the preparation of rhodium catalysts. To address the challenge of dissolving rhodium powder,an alternating current electrochemical dissolution process was proposed.Theeffectsoffactorssuchascurrntdensityhyrochloricacidconcentration,electrolsis time,andelectrolysis temperatureonthedisslutionofrhodium powder wereanalyzed.This method notonlyenables rapiddisslutionofrhodium powder butalso features simpleoperation.Research indicates thatas thecurrent density increases,thedissolutionrateof rhodium powder continuously rises,and when the current density exceeds 3A/cm2 ,the dissolution rate exhibits a steep upwardtrend.Overtime,the disolutionrateofrhodiumpowder initiall increases and thendecreases.As thehydrochloric acidconcentrationrises,thedissolutionrateaccelerates,reaching itspeak when theconcentrationreaches 8mol/L.Further increasingthe hydrochloricacid concentration leads toadecline inthedissolutionrate.With therise in electrolysis temperature,the dissolution rate of rhodium powder gradually increases,peaking at 60‰ .Beyond this temperature, the dissolution rate begins to decline.
