Abstract： During theretirement processofenergy storage batteries，solidwastecontaining organicsolvents andlithiumsalts willbe generated，whichcanposeenvironmentalrsksifnotdisposedof properly.Basedontis，analyzetheenviromental risk characteristicsof discarded energy storage batteries in electrochemical energy storage power plants，study multilevel preventionandcontrolmeasures foranti-seepage storage，forced ventilation，and emergencycollection，andpropose empiricalcomparative analysis methods，aiming to constructasystematic risk preventionand control measures framework to reduce potential pollution to soil， water bodies，and air.
