Abstract:Artificial transplantation technology isan important method forrestoringantlers coral.Itsadaptabilityto substrateheterogeneityneeds tobe further studied.This technology includes nurserycultivationandtransplantation,which requires considerationofcoral health and transplantation site selection.The heterogeneityof substrate afects the growth environmentofcorals,suchas waterquality,light,andnutrients.Experimentshaveshownthatincompositesubstrates,the survivalrateand growthrateofantlers coralsareincreased,andtheir morphological structureis improved.Coraladapts to differentsubstrates through physiologicalregulationand genetic variation.Casestudies demonstratethe implementation of transplantation projectsand substrateassessment,revealing thecorrelationbetween substrate characteristicsandoral adaptability,and providing technical support for coral reef restoration.
