Abstract: Using waste hydrogen fuelcellcatalyst as the experimentalraw material,efficient recoveryof iridium was achieved through meltoxidation-acidleaching.Theefects of melting temperature,potasium hydroxide dosage,potassum nitratedosage,and melting insulation timeoniridiumrecoveryrate were mainlyanalyzed.The experimentalresults indicate that effcientrecoveryof iridiumfrom spent hydrogen fuel cell catalyst calcination slag can be achieved through melt oxidation-acid leaching; under optimal conditions,the average mass concentration of iridium in the leachate is 0.7376g/L , and the average recovery rate of iridium is 99.55% :
