Abstract:Taking the incineration flyash from amunicipal solid waste incineration power plant in East China as the research object,five sets of samples with diferent particle size ranges are obtained through standardscreening,three standardleaching methodsareusedtoanalyzetheheavy metalleachingtoxicityofincinerationflyashwithdiferentparticle sizes,and the environmental risk isevaluated basedon the Overall Polution Toxicity Index (OPTI).The results indicate thatflyashis mainlycomposedoffine particles,withthemainchemicalcomponents being Caand Cl.Theorderofdifferent heavy metal contents in fly ash is: Zn>Pb>Gu>Gd>Gr>As. TheSolidWasteLeachingToxicityLeachingMethod Acetic AcidBufer SolutionMethod (HJ/T30O—2O07)has thehighestleachingamountsforCu,Znand Cd,whiletheSolid WasteLeachingToxicityLeachingMethodHorizontalOscilationMethod (HJ557—2010)andSolid WasteLeachingToxicity Leaching Method Sulfuric Acid Nitric Acid Method (HJ/T299-20O7) are more prone to leaching Pb ,and the pH value of the leaching solution is a key factorafecting heavy metal migration.Therisk assessment based onOPTI shows that Pb and Zn are the main risk contributing elements,and fly ash with particle size d⩽38 μm has a higher comprehensive environmental risk.
