Abstract： The circular economy model is the main path to achieve the coordinated development of eficient resource utilizationand ecological environment protection.Theoperationof thecircular economycannotbeseparated fromastable external supportsystemsuchaspolicies，technology，and markets.Basedon this，starting from the fourdimensionsof the circular economy support system and combining specific cases，this paper analyzes the construction mechanism of the synergy betweenresourcecomprehensiveutilizationand ecological environment protection，aiming toprovidetheoretical support and practical guidance forthe harmonious developmentof the economy，society，and ecological environment.
