城市生活垃圾热解气化技术资源化潜力分析

Abstract:Againstthe backdropof theconstructionofa“zero-wastecity’in Wuhancitythe potential forresource utilization of pyrolysis gasification technology in domestic waste treatment is analyzed.Through field research and data collection oncases such as Qianzishan Circular Economy Industrial Park,it has been verified thatthis technology can achieve waste reduction, energy recovery rate improvement, and dioxin emissions below 0.1ng/Nm3 . The research results indicatethatpyrolysisgasificationtechnologycannotonlysignificantlyreduceenvironmentalpolution,butalsogenerate considerable economic benefits, with a power generation capacity of 300~400kW⋅h per ton of garbage. In response to challenges such as high initial investment and inconsistenttechnical standards,strategies suchas optimizing process parameters,promotingthePublic Private Partnership (PPP)model between governmentand socialcapital,developinglocal standards,and strengthening communityscience educationare proposed to provide reliable technical pathsand practical references for the resource utilization of solid waste in mega cities.
