Abstract：Thesystematic investigationisconductedonthesoil pollution status ofaretired ink enterprise plotin Guangzhou city.Byscientificallysetingupl6soilmonitoringpoints，5groundwater monitoringpoints，and2controlmonitoring points， theenvironmental qualityoftheplotiscomprehensivelyevaluated.Thetestresultsindicate that thesoiland groundwater indicators of the plot have not exceeded the screening values，and the plot meets the development and construction requirements of Class industrial land compatible with Class I industrial land （M2/M1 ） and urban road land.
