Abstract: Researchoneficientutilizationtechnologyofwaterresources iscariedoutaroundtheprecipitationgroundwater coupling mechanism.By establishing aquantitative relationship modelbetween precipitation infiltrationand groundwater recharge,the coupling characteristics of precipitation groundwater in Qinghai province are analyzed,and a technology systemfor eficient utilizationof water resources is explored.Research has shown that precipitation inthe studyareahas a significant spatiotemporal distribution patern,with annual precipitation decreasing fromsoutheast to northwest.The dynamic changes of groundwater level exhibit periodiccharacteristicsandare significantly positively corelated with precipitation.The measureddata from 28 monitoring points shows thatthe precipitation infiltration coeffcient varies with geologicalconditions and exhibits spatial variability.Basedonthis,athree-level technologysystem foreficientutilization of water resources is established,providing scientific basis for sustainable utilization of regional water resources.
