工业废气深度净化技术在大气污染治理中的应用与优化

Abstract: Toaddress the issues of low eficiencyandhighoperationalcosts inindustrial waste gas treatment,adep purification technology system was developed. Through process parameter optimization,equipment performance enhancement,and process control system integration,athree-stage treatment processof“activated carbonadsorptioncatalyticcombustion-alkalinesolution absorption”is established.Testresults indicate thattheoptimal temperature for catalytic oxidation of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) is 280 ~ 320 ΔC ,with an activated carbon packing density of (204号 500~550kg/m3. . The use of a novel honeycomb ceramic carrier achieved a catalyst specific surface area of 280m2/g ,and the system automation rate reached 95% . Engineering application data show removal rates of 98.5% for VOCs, 96% for (204号 SO2 ,and 88% for NO x ,with a 32% reduction in operational costs.The investment payback period is 2.8 years, providing technical support for industrial waste gas pollution control.
