两种乡土植物用于重庆市采石场废弃地修复的适应性研究

Abstract: Takingthenatural restorationof abandonedquarries in Chongqing cityas thegoal,native plants Vitex negundo and Coriarianepalensis are selected as the research objects,through potcontrol experiments,their adaptabilityunder diferentsoillayerthicknessesanddroughtstressis explored.Theresultsshow that the germination indicators of the two plantsare notsignificantlyafectedbydroughtandsoillayerthicknes; undershort-termdroughtstress,theaboveground growthofVitex negundo sedlings isnotinhibited,butlong-term drought stress significantlyreducestheir elongationand promotes the accumulation of underground biomass;the growth of Coriaria nepalensis seedlings continues to decrease withtheintensificationof drought,buttheroot shootratio significantly increases;thephotosynthetic eficiencyof both plants decreases with prolonged stresstime,but thedecrease issmalerinthedeepsoil group.Overallboth Vitex negundo and Coriaria nepalensis have strong droughtresistanceandadaptabilitytopoorsoilconditions,makingthemsuitable for ecologicalrestorationofabandonedquarries inChongqingcity,however,itisnecessarytooptimizeplantingstrategiesbased on specific habitat conditions.
