Abstract：Toaddressthechallnges inlowgradeorerecovery，this study investigates theapplicationof highefficency recovery technologies forlow grade copperores inopen pitcopper mines.Firstly，thecharacteristicsoflow grade copper ores in open pitcopper mining areas are analyzed，including ore types，geologicalfeatures，and grade distributionpaerns. Secondly，keyapplication challenges ofeficient recovery technologiesare examined，suchasthecomplexandvariable properties ofores，loweficiencyofheapleaching processes，difculties inrecoveringfine-grainedores，andhigh pressure in wasteresidueandwastewater treatment.Finalystrategicsolutionsfor technologyimplementationareproposed，icluding multi processcombined beneficiation，enhanced heap leaching technology integration，adoptionoffine-grainedenhanced recycling technology， and adoption of harmless treatment processes.
