Abstract: Waste plastic pellets,as a renewable resource, effectively reducing raw material costs and minimizing environmental polution.This paper explores theapplication of waste plastic pelet modificationandrecyeling technology incorrugated pipeproduction,analyzing the processng techniques ofmodified waste plasticpelltsandtheirimpactonthe performance ofcorugated pipes.Acombinationof physical and chemical modification methods was employed to enhance the heatresistanceandanti-aging propertiesofwaste plastic pellts,further improvingthe mechanicalperformanceand increasing theservicelifeofcorugatedpipes.Theresearchresultsdemonstrate thatthe modificationandrecycling ofwasteplasticpelets notonlyhave environmentalbenefits but also significantlyreduce production costs while meting sustainabledevelopment requirements.Thepromotionandapplicationofthis technologyprovideanefectivepathwayforwasterecycling intheplastics industry, which holds significant importance for advancing resource circularity and green manufacturing.
