Abstract： With the increasing severityof global climate，countries have put forward low-carbon development goals to address environmental challnges.Therefore，we willdelve into thesustainabledevelopment strategiesand practices of gren andlow-carbon parks based on the“dual carbon”goals，andanalyze the definition and characteristicsof green and low-carbon parks，clarifyits importance in promoting high-qualityregional economicdevelopment.The studyproposed sustainable development strategies such as optimizing energy structure，adjusting industrial structure，recycling resources， and innovating green technologies.
