Abstract:The incineration ofsolid waste generates alarge amount of heat energy,whichcan berecoveredand reused to alleviate the energy crisisandreducethe costof solid waste treatment.Through experimental research,numerical simulation and other methods,the working principles and application scenarios of heatrecovery technologies such as waste heat boilers,steamturbines,and organic Rankine cycles are systematically analyzed.Atthe same time,the multiple ways of reusing thermal energysuchasregionalheating,industrial production,and power generationsynergyare explored.From the perspectives of system integration,operating parameters,equipment maintenance,etc.,the optimization strategies are proposed,theoptimal operating parameters are determined,and the system integration optimizationsolutions are provided.Theresearch results provide theoreticalsupportand practicalguidanceforthe practicalapplicationandindustrial development of solid waste incineration heat recovery and reuse technology.
