Abstract:Largeconcretecirculating watertanksarekeyfacilities inindustrialcooling systems,mainlyused inindustries such as metallurgy,petrochemicals,sewage treatment,and power.Its working principle is toremove theheat generated bythe process equipment through circulating water flow,maintaining the thermal balance of the system.The design parameters,structuralconstruction,and construction qualityofthe pool are keyfactors in ensuring its normal operation.A systematicanalysiswasconductedonthedesignofthe watertank structure,materialselection,construction technology,and quality control. Combined with enginering practice experience,in-depth research was caried outonkey issues such as waterproofing,anti-seepage, crack resistance,and durability.
