Abstract：Land reserve isacore toolforurban planning implementationand land market regulation，with multiple functional values.Basedonthebasic theoretical framework of urban land reserve，theoperation mechanismof urban land reserveisanalyzed，anevaluationsystemforthebenefitsofurbanlandreserve isconstructed，andfinalltheinovative utilization strategies are proposed for urban land reserve to optimize the mechanism andachieve sustainable land use.
