Abstract:Inordertoimprove theeficiencyoffluegasdesulfurizationincoal-fired powerplantsandenhance theutilization of by-product resources,this study analyzes the structural composition and operating parameters of existing wet flue gas desulfurizationsystems.Inresponse to the problems of largeeficiency fluctuations,high absorption liquid circulation leading toincreasedsystemoperating pressure,andunstableby-productqualitythat existinlong-termoperation,techical optimization paths such asspray tower flow fieldreconstruction,liquid gasratiooptimization,and slury discharge strategy adjustmentare proposed.Verifytheimprovementeffectof the proposedoptimizationschemeonkeyindicators suchas SO 2 removal rate,system pressre drop,and gypsum purity through case studies.The results indicate that dual optimization of structure and parameters can significantly enhance the operational stabilityof desulfurization systems,improvethevalueof by-product resource utilization,and provide support for desulfurization process optimizationand comprehensive esource utilization.
