食品安全检测中微生物检测技术的应用

Abstract: Once people consume food contaminated by microorganisms, it is easy to cause food poisoning or foodborne diseases,posing a serious threat to their health.Microbial detection technology is a commonly used technique in food safety testing,effectively ensuring food qualityandsafety,preventingand controlling foodborne ilnesses, while significantly improving the eficiencyand accuracyoffood safety testing.This paper briefly outlines the application value of microbial detection technology in food safety testing,and explores the application of microbial detection technology in food safety testing from three dimensions: immunological detection technology, molecular biological detection technology,and biosensor technology,aiming to provide technical support for improving the quality of food safety testing.
