Abstract: This article focuses on the application of Near-Infrared (NIR) technology in the detection of pathogenic bacteria indairyproducts,elaborates the basic prncipleandapplicationstatusofthis technology,analyzes the core problems faced in practical applications,and proposes targeted solutions.The research aims to provide a reference for improving theaccuracyand reliabilityofNIR technology in detecting pathogenic bacteria in milk,and thereby promote the wide application of this technology in the field ofdairy product quality and safety detection.
