Abstract： This article focuses on the application of Near-Infrared （NIR） technology in the detection of pathogenic bacteria indairyproducts，elaborates the basic prncipleandapplicationstatusofthis technology，analyzes the core problems faced in practical applications，and proposes targeted solutions.The research aims to provide a reference for improving theaccuracyand reliabilityofNIR technology in detecting pathogenic bacteria in milk，and thereby promote the wide application of this technology in the field ofdairy product quality and safety detection.
