Problems and Countermeasures in the Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Food

Abstract： This article deeply analyzes the problems existing in the detection of veterinary drug residues in food from four dimensions： sample management，selection of detection technologies，maintenance of detection equipment，and control of the detection environment.It also puts forward feasible measures such as standardizing sample management， scientifically selecting detection technologies，regularly maintaining and replacing equipment， and strictly controlling the detection environment. Itaims to provide theoretical references for improving the quality of veterinary drug residue detection in food.
