Abstract: Food testing reports are not only essential for determining whether food meets safety standards but also serve as important support for govermment policy-making,enterprises in implementing quality control,and consumers in protecting their legal rights.This article deeply analyzes the current issues in food testing reports from four aspects: report preparation process,professional competenceofpersonnel,review mechanisms,and technological applications,and proposes targeted improvement strategies,iming testablishascientific,standardized,andefent quality management system for food testing reports,therebysupporting the enhancement of food safety supervision effectiveness.
