Abstract： The safetyof grain，oil and food is directly related to public health and food security.This article expounds the specific application of effcient isolation and identification technology for mycotoxins in the inspection of grain，oil and food products，analyzes the problems existing in theapplication of this technology，and proposes corresponding solutions.The aim is to achieve precise detection of trace mycotoxins in grain and oil products and provide technical support for the safety control of grain， oil and food products.
