Abstract:With the rapid development of big data and artificial inteligence technologies,data analysis has become a key means for achieving precise quality control and ensuring food safety in the modern food industry. This article systematically explores the application of data analysis technology in food quality control, covering aspects such asraw material quality assessment and traceability,real-time monitoring and optimization of production proceses,non-destructive testing and predictionoffinished products,and supply chain datacolaboration,analyzes challenges currently faced in this application,such as data barriers and model generalization capabilities,and proposes strategies toaddress these challenges,hoping to provide theoretical reference for the intelligent upgradeof the food industry.
